1. Eligibility:

The offer is valid for registered brokers with Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC only.

Brokers must complete the sale of a unit in Maison Elysee 3 (ME3) to qualify.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer provided.

2. Offer Duration:

The campaign is valid from 15th December 2024 to 31th January 2025.

Only sales completed (with booking amount paid) within this period will qualify.

3. Unit Sale Criteria:

The sale will be considered valid only after receiving the 20% booking amount and the signed reservation form.

Canceled or refunded bookings will not be eligible for the offer.

4. iPhone 16 Pro Delivery:

The iPhone 16 Pro will be handed over to the broker 30 days after confirmation of the booking and completion of necessary documentation.

Pantheon Development reserves the right to verify and approve the sale before releasing the reward.

5. Limitations:

The offer is applicable on a per-unit sale basis (One Unit = One iPhone 16 Pro).

The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward.

6. Non-Transferable:

The reward is non-transferable and will be given to the broker who facilitated the sale.

7. General:

Pantheon Development reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this offer at its discretion.

Any disputes arising out of the offer will be subject to Pantheon Development’s final decision.
